I'm an ordinary person who likes the following things: writing, helping people, movies, reading, jogging, animals and teaching.
I don't like: stress, confusion, people who do not drag their weight and laziness.
My good qualities (I think) are patience, open-mindedness and the ability to write and speak in public with ease.
My weaknesses (I'm always working on these!) are the tendency to take on too much, from time to time; the tendency to not get enough sleep and my eating habits could be a lot better than they are now.
I will try to answer questions in an honest, open way, involving what I think is common sense. If I don't think I can answer a question well, I will skip over it.
Go ahead....try me! Ask me a question!

I'm 19/F and about 125 pounds. I know for a fact I'm not fat, but I'm not in shape! Before I get myself into a fitness routine, I'm trying to fix my diet. I tend to binge eat sometimes out of boredom and just to feed my emotions. I feel physically stuffed all the time and I hate this feeling! What is a food plan that I could stick to? I'm looking for a 1500 calorie plan. things I like are:
brown rice, shredded wheat cereal, whole wheat pasta, salsa, beans, fruit, sweet potatoes, peanut butter...so, I know what's healthy: I just have gotten a little bored. um, I'll eat most things except for salads. I'm willing to eat healthy, but salads just aren't my thing! anymore food suggestions??? and how should I fit these meals into my day? thank you! (link)

The things you mention are all very healthy, but you don't mention any veggies, except for sweet potatoes, which are a starch. I would say you need to add some veggies to your diet. You don't have to eat them in a salad, but adding carrots (raw or cooked), spinach and some greens would probably round out your diet quite a bit. Also, what about getting your calcium? Though you can get some through greens, what about cheese or yogurt? Just a suggestion...........
