I think I want to be a teacher?
Can any one give me information about what I need to know, like how do I become a teacher? What Colleges are good choices to go to? (in VA)

K well i want to be a teacher too and in the past months ive gathered as much information as i can and well i found out that there arent really certain courses you need to become one except for the one you plan on teaching but it helps to get good grades in everything and then basically after high school there wuld be college and university courses and what not what i suggest you do is get more info from a teacher at school or counsellor and then look into some good universities and colleges in your area and do research on them basically you need to do a lot of research before getting into this. good luck and feel free to ask again because im getting into the same course and have some more info as well :)

I'm trying to do research on it, but I'm not exactly sure what to look for, & my guidance counselor here is *bad word*, in other words he doesn't help us at all, he should find another occupation. I have an old english teacher who is going to try to help me now. Thank you for the adivce! =]
