I know that im just a teenager,but ive been around the block a few times and i chose advicenators to try and see if i could help in any way. 16/f i am 5' 1 and weigh about 120 or 125 lbs. i never feel like i have energy. i eat alot of breads and such so i know im getting enough carbs in my diet. what can i do to have more energy? (link)

As much as us girls hate exercising,it actually has several perks to it. Everyone assumes that exercising can only help you lose weight,BUT it also actually boosts your energy level and can make you feel 100x better! (:
If the exercising doesnt help out i would reccomend taking vitamins,such as vitamin d. You should probably talk to your doctor first though.

i do not exersize every day
but i would say i do at least three times per week
i play on a sports team
and i go to practice exausted and miserable the whole time
bust my ass for my team and coach
not meantion being one of the slowest on the team and i go home exausted
so ill try some vitamins to see if that helps
