I like this girl, and we talk alot. We hug, but we're just friends. I want to ask her out, but I'm afraid she'll say no. I don't take rejection well. I mean, she might say no, but she might say yes. We are in middle school. I'm in 8th grade and she's in 7th grade. What should I do? (link)

i get that your scared of rejection, most guys are. but if you think theres a chance that she likes you ask her out. if she says no then later tell her it was a dare or something. unless you think shes the kind of girl who will get insulted bu that....
and if she does say no, that doesnt nessacarily mean she doesnt like you.
im in high school but when i was in middle school ui rejected a lot of guy who i actually liked, really for no reason at all just becuasse i was embarrased. so dont take it offensively. and try again in a few years, she may change her mind,
