how can you tell if a place is sanitary/safe or not? if i go to a city and some bustling street the shop must be okay, right? (link)

make sure they have an autoclave, and all the tools should be in a sealed sanitary evelope. also the piercer should wear gloves. the real worry is on your part. keeping the site sterile
