I like this girl, and we talk alot. We hug, but we're just friends. I want to ask her out, but I'm afraid she'll say no. I don't take rejection well. I mean, she might say no, but she might say yes. We are in middle school. I'm in 8th grade and she's in 7th grade. What should I do? (link)

Well like I once said this is very common. The best thing to do is to just begin a normal convo. Then you will know when the perfect time to ask her is. Chances are if she is as nice as you say, then she will accept. But if rejected chances are she will still want to be frineds accept this offer because you can always say you tried! GOOD LUCK!!!
