im very sorry about your situation. try youre best to cover up cleavage or anythin that gives him a reason to stare. try not to bend over in front of him. dont do anythin provocative that a regular man would look at in a sexual way.
if youre for sure he is doin this, next time hes doin it just be like 'ummm... HI ?' make him feel uncomfortable about it.
if you cant control this you really really really should tell someone about it. teacher, mom, sister, brother, some adult. i wish i told someone about things that happened with my dad and i regret not doin it completely now.
never let ANYONE tell you this is okay, because its really not one bit.
