Q: 15f. i eat five meals a day usually which i know is very bad but im always hungry. iv latley been only eating healthy stuff for almost every meal so that is a little better? im 5'6'' n 125lbs though, but i do mma training almost every day and also try and workout if i ever have time which is barley ever though. am i unhealthy? and what can i do to eat less without my stomach growling or is it ok to eat this much, even though i workout alot n most of the food is healthy and i dont look to fat.. the food is usually bread bananas salad n chocolate stuff n fast food once a day. any advice on this subject is perfect, thanks!
we all go through fazes when we get really hungry all the time especially if you are a teenager .
i think you should eat your required meals and then if you get hungry in between eat something that is low in fat but filling and drink heaps of water .
and also eat really slow it tricks your body into thinking that you are full where as if you eat fast your body thinks you havent had enough and wants more.
dont stop eating as you usually do eat if you are hungry because if you skip meals your metabolism starts to go slower and when you do eat you end up putting on more weight
