there is a boy that i want to get his attention but i dont no how. we danced together at our halloween dance and we were both really into it, he tried to kiss me but i didnt want to kiss hiim in the middle of a school dance b/c im just not like that. but the thing is i actually do want to hook up with him..just not there. so i messaged him on facebook last weekend and said hey and then he answered and said he had a fun time dancing with me .i said you should text me sometime and gave him my number. then he gave me his too even though i didnt ask for it but he never texted me and its been like a week. i usually am not the one to initiate things like i did in this situation, because i think its the boy's job but i was sick of waiting around so i was the first to say seomthing. another thing is hes a grade younger then me so he maybe nervous? what should i do to get him to talk to me (link)

OK I do agree with you but you also have to remeber that you have his number as well if he danced with you and gave you his number im pretty sure you got his attention plus hes younger and sometimes more guys are nervous than gurls and he did try to kiss you and you turned him down witch is ok but techniqually he made the first move lol and the beauty about text messaging is you dont see there face so cum on suck it up hun beleive me text something stupid like "hey whats up" or "thought your were going to text me" or my favorite "hey member me lol" you know it doesnt have to be anything nerve wracking good luck let me know how it goes
