I recently seen a tv show law n order which i love oliva the detective went under cover to a prison and was almost raped.
I was raped three times and just watching that episode brought back my memories does it ever get easier? I just feel helpless and alone since i watched it (link)

when you got raped did you know who did it?? because if you do go to the cops! and even if you dont know who it is go to the cops and give them a description about the guy so the cops can take him to jail!! And he will stop wat he is doin!

its been a while the first time i was 13 second time about 15 or 16 and the last one was with in a year. i didnt go because i was to scared to. i cant even talk to my own husband about this stuff.
