Hi Im Daintree,
Born in the 60's means I have had a great life full adventures and mishaps and experiences and direction. I am 5th of 6 sibblings. Now I am married 24 yrs with 2 teenage boys 17 & 16 yrs and a son 8yrs
Boys are definately challenging but I am up to the task. We own a business here 20 yrs I am a jack of all trades master of none. If you want something done you got to do it yourself. I pride my self with the fact that when I left home I never asked my parents for any assistants of any kind esspecially money. I struggled and now I am my own success story.

Okay so I really want to be a size 2 (or at most a 5) by New Years! I am a size 9 right now. The problem is I hurt my knee and I cant do a lot of exercises like running. I cant really do anything that requires heavy exercise on my knee. So my question is... what exercises will truly help me lose INCHES on my waist, thighs and stomach. Please give some good answers, not lame ones. THanks

Watch your diet Try juicing friut and vegies
you can get good reciepes on google.
Try swimming I saw a woman swimming in my unit pool who had a fantastic figure & I mention so. my friend she said she used to be huge size 18 I said how did she slim down she replied she stated swimming in the Lap Pool. Low impact... should be ok on your knee and aqua arobics sit up in water is easier than on land make some exersises up. good luck
