Q: Id never heard of this happening, but I am Pretty positive I've torn all the muscels in my stomach from WAY over excersising.
I can't stand up straight because it hurts so bad, when i stand up its excruciating. I know it will take time to heal this but I was wondering if there was some things I could do in the meantime to expend my mobility..
Any stretches or anything really.
