about
While I am still young, I have had a great deal of life experience. It is from this that I give advice. I am open minded and try not to be judgemental. If I can help in any way, I will. Just ask. However, like everyone else in this world, I am not perfect. My advice may not always suit you, since my experiences are not the same as yours. If you want clarification on any answers I give, feel free to ask me. If you don't like what I said, or if I offended you, let me know. This is the best way for me to improve on my responses. Thanks for looking at my page!

Okay so it's been like a week or more that I started bleeding. At first it was barely any (i'm usually a very heavy bleeder) and now it's bleeding a lot. I am on birth control but it was working fine until now and i've been taking it right. It was also kind of brown at first and i'm having bad cramps now. Does anyone know what's going on? I'm confused about it because it was right on time the last time and if I'm been taking it right I'm pretty sure this is weird. Plus it's lasted for a long time. Thanks.
Since you said that none of this is normal for you, it is possible something is wrong. It could be as simple as stress affecting your period, or it could be more. If it doesn't stop soon, check with a doctor. If it does stop, and nothing else seems off, wait until your next one. If that is also longer and more painful than usual, it might be worth checking out.
Also, you are very young (looked at previous questions) and at your age your period will change a lot. Birth control can also affect your period. How long have you been on your current form of birth control? Everyone reacts to pills differently, and age can probably play a part as well. If you do decide to see your doctor, ask if it is possible your pills are the problem. Try another type of pill, or even another method of birth control.
Most people will say not to worry. I'm of the opinion that, while you shouldn't worry too much, you should get something checked out if it is abnormal enough to bother you. If there is a real problem, you will catch it early enough to keep it from getting worse. If it isn't, you will have peace of mind.
That all said, I am pretty sure you are fine. It is likely your age, your stress level or your pills. If your gut tells you something is wrong, though, see a doctor for good measure.
(Rating: 5) Thanks. And i've been on it for two months now. I just thought it was weird that it was right and now it just messed up.
