ok. i will try to make this as unconfusing as i can. i like this boy but he doesn't talk to me. i know he likes me though because i gave him a note that said i liked him and he wrote one back saying he likes me a lot but he cant talk to me because he gets to nervous. i on the other hand have done everything, i called him first, wrote a note first, emailed first. he admitted to my friend that he needs to put effort in but he doesn't know how. lately i feel like I've been losing him. he used to look at me and my friend said the looks he gives me are like I'm the most important thing in his life and i don't get those looks anymore, in my opinion. like, i would take a bullet for him and i feel like I'm falling in love alone but I'm not looking to let go of him yet. also, we both attended a party where someone of my group heard him saying he never liked me to begin with but he gave me a note saying he did. I've been so hurt by him but he really is an amazing guy and i really think i can bring the best out in him. so! my question is: am i losing him? why do you think he said what he did?

hi hun! gosh this was pretty confusing. but from what you've put into your little paragraph... you've never spoken face to face before? if so, that's gonna be super critical in finding out the truth. which is probably what you need to do. confront him in person and let him know that you need to know what he feels about you. otherwise, you're going to always end up in this topsy turvy situation. i mean, if for some disgusting and disrespectful reason he was just playing you all along like you stated you heard, then you DEFINITELY do not need someone like that in your life. and they definitely shouldn't be holding some sort of importance in your life either. so i think your best bet is to confront him, and tell him how you feel. and ask him how HE feels. best of luck sweetie!
