I'm keeping pretty much all detail secret, but here's what I will tell you.

Before I found this site a had given advice many, many times. I am proud to say that some of my advice has changed lives, and even saved them. I decided that I wanted to do more, to help change the world any way I could.

So I went searching for advice-giving online communities, and I found this.

What is good for toning back muscles and flabby arms?

For upper back and biceps I would recommend push-ups(back straight, hands shoulder-width apart, on your toes) and pull-ups(not chin-ups)(hands wider than shoulders).

Both of these work your arms AND back, making it a 2-bird, 1-stone situation.

If you have nothing for pull-ups I recommend buying an easily-assembled Iron Gym from your local sports warehouse.
