Don't take Tylenol or anything else that is acetaminophen-based. It causes damage to your liver when mixed with alcohol.
The best painkillers for hangovers are either aspirin or ibuprofen.
Also, if you have it, drink a tablespoon of pure honey. It absorbs the alcohol in your system.
Once you do that, lay down in a dark room with a wet, cold washrag on your forehead or neck. It works wonders.

But I'll be at a festival for four nights so I don't know how I'll be able to relax in a dark room whilst camping.
