thanks...you're not too late...he's calling later around 7:30...last night when we talked though i did give him examples of people that i know that have been in love since they were 17 and 18 and are happy together but he said its rare :/....honestly...what is the definition of love? :/ like i know i feel it...its so strong, but how do you explain it? like i don't want to tell him that you just know because that isn't really going to solve anything.

thanks so much...i actually just got off the phone with him after a lonngg talk. he said that he lost that "spark" ...like he used to want to do those cute boyfriend things but now he feels like he has to i told him i didn't want him to feel like he had to do anything in the relationship....but thats pretty much EXACTLY what he said the first time we broke up....and i guess we brought that spark back somehow because we ended up getting back together and staying together for 4 more months...i asked him if we could just take a break but he said he couldn't figure that out right now which i guess is understandable so we both agreed to stay out of contact for a month then hang out again and see how things go....i know his commitment issues are making me sad but this could just be a test for him to see if i actually do love him and will wait for him...so what do you think? should i go along with it? i was thinking in about a month since we both snowboard i would ask him to go with me and we'd hang out and snowboard...something we both love to do. so what do you think about this plan? anything else i should do? thank youuu soo much.

Thanks! What was wrong with the hand thing? My freinds and I grab eachothers hands all the time. If you want someone to come with you to change a song or see a picture, you just take their hand and go, I don't really think its a big deal. The only reason I was a little taken aback when J did it was because we weren't exactly like friends I guess. But I don't know, my guy friends and I do that, my girl friends and I do that, its never been a big thing. But thank you for you other advice.

he always asks me if I go out with friends was I with anyone etc,and if I like a guy he asks a million questions. I hope he finds someone for him though cos He is great I just don't feel the same and I cant make myself.

thanks...but you're right the texting part isn't big..i actually hate texting haha but its kinda big because he said he wanted to hang out with me and "whatever happens happens" idk i guess what i really can't wait to do is hang out with him, stress & school free. and i would def text him now but we agreed to take a break from each other until school ends, then he says he wants to hang out and 'still wants me in his life'. and thinking about it now, i don't really want to get over him (we're each others first loves)..i just wanted a way to occupy me, which you answered so thank you. andd about that whole vacation thing, when do you think i should bring it up? like when we're hanging out? and how? my life is so crazy with this. thanks so much for helping me out.

thanks so much...but yeah he's not even going to his own prom because i heard he didn't feel right taking anyone else, but he went to my prom with me and we were slow dancing and stuff. so he's not interested in other girls, thats why i'm still hanging on. and he also said that things would "be better" for us in the summer when the stress of junior year is over and everything..like i'm planning on just acting like the sweet girl i was when we first started dating. what do you think?

Wow, that was GREAT advice! I never thought about it like that. Now that you mention it, it does seem suspicious he would put so much energy into it everyday... But I am confused as to whether or not to add him on Myspace and/or Facebook. Will I seem too pushy or will it be too obvious if I added him? Plus, (Hah... I've checked out his profile before. Yeah, I've been dieting & exercising & I've lost 50 lb. But, still, like I don't know how to strike up conversation without sounding like I'm using small talk, you know? I'm just real awkward and I know that if I continue to think that I'm so awkward, I really will be. I just don't want to be the kind of person who percieves herself as better than she is, even though that's healthier than seeing myself worse than what I am.
