17/f. well im 5'6", and around 127-130 (it fluctuates) and im trying to lose some weight for summer. i want to get back down to 115-120, my preferred range. i dont want a lecture about im already at a good weight and ill be too skinny then. ive been drinking alot of green tea, eating less, and consuming more fiber/protein, and taking these 800mg all natural green tea dietary pills. what i want to know is, how much weight can i expect to lose with these supplements and tea? ive been exercising too, but not alot. i just want to know about the effects of green tea on my weight loss. thank you! hey k well first of all i drink green tea too but it doesnt really help you lose weight it just burns the fat inside of you and so in order to actually lose the weight you need to be eating fruits and veggies more and no junk food or anything thats heavy or oily and secondly the pills wont help you they might help you lose a few pounds but as soon as u stop eating them you'll gain it back cause remember eventually you will eat junk food its not like you can stop eating that stuff forever so what i have been doing is getting up at 7am every morning going for a long walk coming home and doing some exercises then eat eggs and toast with a side of fruit and either skim milk or green tea and then everytime i get hungry i eat fruits and veggies and that fills me up and then at dinner i usually have fish or pasta with only a little cheese and ive lost a lot of weight so basically just not have any sugary,oily,fatty foods or sugary drinks will make a lot of difference you will end up seeing results in just the first week and if you break out alot your face will become pimple/acne free :) feel free to msg me if you need anymore help
