Can Nasal Sprays (nasal steroids) like fluticasone make you gain weight or have any type of effect on your metabolism, cortisol, etc.? (link)

Weight gain is not listed as a side effect of nasal steroids but it is a very common complaint in users.
It has been listed that Nasal sprays do cause your body to increase water retention which will cause you to gain weight.

oh my god. i never thought with a spritz NASAL spray, i'd have to worry about gaining weight.. until i thought my jeans were a little tight with no logical explanation. Not that using that crap anymore.. it didn't help anyways ha. Thanks.
