Recently they have remastered the original series or star trek and I was wondering if they'll remaster the TNG series like they did with the original cause it looks great compared to what it was? (link)

It's not something I've heard about. I heard somewhere that because of the way TNG was filmed it'd take a lot more effort to remaster. I'm afraid I don't know the exact technical details though.
To be honest I'm not sure that TNG really needs remastering. It looks good already (at least through these nostalgia filled eyes). To me Star Trek's never really been about the special effects. I don't mind there being 2 blokes behind the scenes opening the doors, or the actors running back and forth whenever the ship gets hit, so long as the story's good.

Yeah I agree.I would rather have a good story than flashy special effects but why can't you have both.But I ld rather have it remain the same this was the classic trek not cult trek.Picard could kick Kirk's ass.This doesn't. Need refinig to get more fans.
