I'm mature for my age.
i love helping people out.

what kind of exercises can i do that work the best for the stomach area under your belly button??
..and another question is that my stomachs pretty flat but below my belly button chubs out alot. is that fat or something else?? (link)
it is fat. pretty much everyone has it. but you can get rid of it by cardio exercises since cardio will burn fat. when you do sit ups and such it just builds muscle under the fat. but you still need to do the strength training because muscles burn calories while you are sedentary.
so the best thing to do is run, jog, briskly walk, dance, jump rope, anything that gets your heart rate up!
