Hello.
K so, I am 13/F and he is 14/M, and well... Here is the thing...
So, for a long time I have liked this boy, and he likes me too, but since we are quite young, and for other reasons, we have decided not to create a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. However, this doesn't stop us from time to time acting like a couple. So yesterday at lunch this girl, she's kind of pretty, came up to him and was like ALL OVER HIM. She started talking to him and she would like grab his hand real quick, or touch his cheek, or tug on his sleeve, or all kinds of stuff, when I was standing right next to him. We were talking and she just comes up and does all of this stuff, and it drove me INSANE. I was like crazy mad and even really jelous. I mean, its not like she knew about our... well, whatever we have... And he isnt my boyfriend, but he likes me and I like him, and I don't know what to do...
Does he have any commitment to me? We agreed that we would wait a bit to make a relationship, and I know he has no intention of dating her or anything like that and that it was all completely harmless flirting, but I also know that he is NOT my boyfriend... So why am I so jelous??? (link)

I think what you need to do is actually tell him about it.
And it might even be useful because if he really likes you he'll actually care about your feelings towards the situation.
You have every right to be jelouse, but don't sit back and watch because he confessed feelings for you. And you haven't dated anyone waiting for him until he is 16, so you have every right to tell him to stop this nonsense actions.
