What you can do is take all focus off of him. All forms of communication should be cut off with him. After a while of ignoring him he might get the hint. Also just focus on you, do the things you love, enjoy your life and let it show on your face that you are good and happy. The combination of all of that may get through to him and let him you are done with him. Don't give in when he tries (which he probably will) to get you to pay attention to him..
