Well i'm the same person u suggested i tell her how i feel and i did but apparently her mom is 1 of those uptight parents that doesn't want her to have any bf's till she's 18 and we have decided to wait it out any suggestions on what to do while we wait (link)

Always, always keep in touch with each other. Whenever you go back to your hometown go see her.
You should send her video letters. Meaning record yourself telling her a message and mail it to her. It's actually fun. When my ex boyfriend moved away we did that for a while. It kept us close for away until he got into new (negative) things where he lived. You could even web cam.
Send her letters. Sure you guys talk on the phone and that's cool and all but letters show effort and hand written sentiments are more personal every once in a while. Send her flowers on her birthday. Small actions are what show you care.

Well that definitely changes things. Maybe you could send these things using a false name. Or one of her friends' names and let her know that its really you. Or just keep it strictly phone conversations.
