ok, so i go to my boyfriend house almost every day. and it smells of smoke in his house. but not enough to make my hair smell bad. but my boyfriend and i smoke, and i usually dont cover my hair over there because my parents usually just think "oh, their house smells like smoke, so we expect her to come home smelling like smoke"
but when my hair is clean and i havent been to my boyfriends house, i cover it up with my jacket.
but lately, even after i wash my hair and condition it, it STILL smells like smoke. not as bad as before, but i can smell barely smell it.
how can i COMPLETELY rid of the smokey smell out of my hair?! i cant quit smoking, and frankly, i dont want to. and if you're going to tell me to, you might as well not answer this question, thanks.
and also dont tell me to cover up my hair when i go to his house because i look retarded when i do. can you just tell me how to get rid of the smell when i shower? thanks.
PS: i use a dandruff shampoo, and some conditioner that silkens my hair so its easier to straighten. :) (link)

Believe it or not, the "smokey" scent is coming
from your own pores. You can sometimes smell that
someone is a smoker, even if they haven't had a
cigarette for hours, and have just taken a shower.
it'st he chemicals being absorbed by yoru body
and being oozed out your pores.
