HI!
Well. I really want to know what types of colors would look good on me.. like in eyeshadow , blush.. and etc. I am really just started wearing makeup...I am 13 and I don't really no all that much about makeup. Well... I have blond hair (golden or like ash blonde..) and blue eyes. Any tips and stuff would help. Thanks! (link)

Pick make up that matches your skin tone AND outfit.If you're looking for specific colors,it's best if you wear golden eyeshadow or something shimmery.I mean,you don't want to stand out too much.As for blush,according to your skin.But remember-don't put on too much make up-it will make you look bad.Hope I helped.
