I've lost loved ones, I've suffered depression, I've been in an emotionally abusive relationship which ended badly, I've cheated and been cheated on, I've been homeless, I've had cancer... i'm kind of addicted to shoplifting. i can't stop. what do i do?
I had a problem like this when i was younger. You need to just stay away from shops. Tell yourself that its wrong and you need to stop. You will get caught and there will be repercussions.
