advice

I noticed recently (about two weeks ago) that inbetween my left leg and pubic area (where there is a crease) there is a lump underneath the skin that feels like a small grape. It's not painful and I checked my right side to make sure I didn't have one on the other side. I can feel it intensely when I lay down. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this, but I am sexually active and always use protection. I know this should be a question for a doctor, but I was wondering if anyone has had this before that could maybe give me some infomation to spare me a visit? Or is this something that should be checked out? Thanks.

It's not really anything to be too worried about, it is quite normal for girls to get them on their thighs (usually in the crease like yours) and even on or in the lips of the vagina. They are offten reffered to sebacious cysts. They aren't really pain but are REALLY ANNYOING. If you feel the urge to go to the doctor then do so. However, in time they will go away on its own. For some girls it comes and goes quite frequently. But like I said, nothing to be alarmed about... at any rate, don't try to pop it cause I'm sure it was cause a GREAT DEAL OF PAIN especially being under the skin. Hope this helped. If you have any questions feel free to contact me...
