I know this is a crazy title but anywayz, I need to know what can I do to tighten up my thighs, I have like "big thighs" and there shaky LOL! so I want to know what kinds of exercises can I do to tighten them, and also what kind of exercises can I do to flatten my stomach like Cassie's or Beyonce's Lol thanks (link)
For your thighs, squats and lunges are very effective. Also an exercise I like that I saw in a work out video (not sure of the name) is where you lie on the floor, plant your feet on the ground as you are reclined, and lift your hips and butt up and down or pulses. Squeeze your abs while you do that too.

For your abs I would do some crunches and hold a plank position for atleast 30 seconds at a time to work your core. You can also do a pilates move and lie on the ground, lift your head, neck, and your shoulders off the ground while keeping lower back flat. Lift your feet a couple inches off the ground and hold it. You can pulse your feet or do a bicycle motion.

Every work out needs cardio, so you could run around the block, jump rope, etc.
