so i live with my dad only and i went to school today and the certain class was dance and the teacher gave us a list to buy and bring. and the list included tampons and it either all of the list or nothing (for 6 free absenses)
so i have some questions:
• why would i need to bring tampons? what do you think? i use pads cuz im scared, what do i do? will i have to use tampons? im gonna b wearing tights and a leotard. and when im not wearing that im gonna have to change in front of everyone, what do i do??
• also, since i live with my dad how the heck do i get tampons???

p.s. i cant get anyone else to get the tampons!
It's not something to be embarrased about since all women get their period. If you tell your dad you need to use them for class then he should understand. He shouldn't even bother asking questions.
You need tampons for two reasons. One, you'll be able to see the pad's outline with only wearing tights and a leotard. And two, there could be some major leakage, which would be really bad. Tampons aren't all that bad. I just started using them recently for swimming and now it's nothing bad. Just follow the instructions and all should be well.
And if you are still embarrased to change in front of everyone when you are on your period, use the restrooms to change.

there are no bathrooms. and did u read the question? it said it was in the list. i didnt say or teacher said we will need them.
