Ok, i weigh like, 50-52 kgs.
& It's not all muscle.
I have a larger bum & bigger things then i actually want.
I've tried regular regurgitation (throwing up)
but that wasn't a smart idea. i got dizzy and really unfocused in class.
So, I've turned to exercise.
My question is:
What exercises are good, for your 'ass & thighs'
ALSO!!!
I like my boobs the size they are.
& i really don't want to lose any weight from them! [If possible]

okay well first of all how tall are you?
because 52 kgs isnt overweight at all unless your very very short.
but its good that you want to lose weight.
so whatever you do dont make yourself throw up.even though it might make you lose weight its not healthy or good for you metabulism and can give you weight problems in the future.
so eat healthy.like eat more whole wheat.fruits.only eat when your hungry.dont snack on junk food.if you want a snack eat like a salad or fruit. dont eat 1 hour before you go to bed and stay away from sodas..stuff like that can help.
as for exercising.
there are some general exercises like. running.running up stairs.squats.biking.jump rope.
but you can also try going to this site.. http://www.annecollins.com/Weight_Loss/slim_thighs_exercises.htm they have a lot of good exercises
but the best way to lose weight is eating right.
