16/f. I'm a pretty healthy girl..I eat normally, my weight is fine for my age (136 pounds..although this info might not be needed :P)
But what bothers me is that when I wake up in the mornings, no matter HOW much sleep I get (I could get 10 hours..which is what I've gotten for the whole summer now!)..I still have eyebags..and my eyes are squinty like..and my face is pale...and overall, I just look blegh. It takes about a good 3 hours for me to look like myself...and makeup doesn't help much. Does anyone have any tips on looking 'pretty' in the morning? Like when school starts...it'd be a nightmare looking like I do sometimes :P
I also drink a lot of water throughout the day, could this be the reason for the eyebags and exhausted look? I don't look refreshed..I look exhausted =\

Your eyes being "squinty like" is probably because they are puffy and this could be because you have to much sodium in your diet.
Sodium (salt) causes your body to retain water if eaten in excess, so just make sure you're not eating too much salt during the day...

Also, right when you get up, splash some cold water on your face and dab your eyes with it. I find it refreshing, and it wakes me up quickly.
