Lately, I've had no energy. It's not because of lack of sleep, I've been getting at least 8 hours. I'm actually not sure what it's from. I'm afraid that when school starts (August 28th), I'm not going to be able to wake up (at 5) and have enough energy to go about the day.

I drink coffee on the occasion-only when i'm REALLY tired. Please help! (link)
8 hours is good, but if it exceeds 10, then that could be a big reason why. But I can see two big reasons why you're so tired. First, there's a big chance that the problem is what you eat. If you aren't eating carbs, then that's definitely it. Carbs are energy. By the way, carbs are not bad. It's only bad if you aren't active, that's when it makes you fat. Are you eating healthy? Are you eating enough? The daily recommended caloric intake is about 2000 calories, more if you are active.

The second thing is your activity. People who are lethargic and inactive are more tiresome. If you aren't working out, exercising, playing a sport, or just walking down your street, then you should get out more! It really DOES give you more energy throughout the day and relieves stress.

So, try not to oversleep, eat healthier and EXERCISE! Just try it and you'll see.

I never said I eat unhealthy.

But it is a possibility anyways; thanks.
