I'm not very hairy in general and I've never shaved in my life. However my legs have become bumpy (nothing disease like). Also my knees are bumpy. Is there a way to smooth out my legs? P.S. Lotion doesn't really help.
The bumps are probably the pores where hair will start growing soon. Your probably about to start growing leg hair. Once the hair comes up and you shave, the bumps should be gone, but until then it just part of your body growing up.
Edit: To answer your comment, you shouldn't shave yet. Wait until the hair has actually grown, then you can start shaving.
(Rating: 4) That is what I thought they were. Should I shave? I thought shaving was just meant for people who have hair. I hardly have hair on my legs.
