Ok, so I need 300 dollars. I don't need the money RIGHT NOW but I would prefer to have it by the end of the summer? I do not have a paypal account and I'm too young to get a job. Does anyone know of some good online sites where 14 year olds can make money? Something guaranteed and 100% free? Thank you very much for your time.

Stuff like that on the internet tends to end up being a scam, you're best off avoiding it in my opinion.
What about something like babysitting? It might not bring in huge amounts of money, but it pays. Alternatively, think about any skills you have, then sell them. For Example, I'm pretty good with computers. When someone's computer breaks they'll pay me to fix it. Again, not big money but it'll help.
