hey i would like to know the steps to applying for a green card,i tried to get them off google and its really confusing me lol my brother is an 11 year old american citizen and it says that you can get the green card through a family member that is a citizen.Im really confused and i need to apply to it as sooon as possible cuz this stuff can take up to a year!!any help is VERY much appreciated and thanks for your time =D (link)
