Q: 16/f
okay so i dont weight like a whole lot. only like 120 but im trying to lose a little bit like tone up some and i work out like ALL the time i weightlift and play volleyball and it doesnt realli help..

anyone no how i can tone up a little faster or lose a few pounds?
i'm in the same boat, your not fat, but your stomach could be a little flatter, your thighs a bit slimmer, and your butt alot firmer! lol!
well personally, i don't like going to the gym because i always feel like people are looking at me and what not.
so i usually workout at home. there are exercises you can do on YOUR COUCH! those are my favorites because i do them while watching tv.

this is the stuff i mainly do and it works great!
you can also run and do lunges and stuff...

i just might have to try that.
