Advicenators!
Ive started taking dance clas for an hour every morning, & its intense & my whole bodys sore! Especially my legs. We streth before & evrything so im assuming its good soreness. Anyway, how do i ease the pain? I dont want to be sore all summer! Advil/heating? Any tips, let me know! Thanks! (link)

Hi! I'm a gymnast so I know what its like to feel sore! The best thing to do is to not sit around, get up and move! I know at first it might really hurt when you're all fresh and sore, but just keep moving and stretching right after and you'll be fine! One time I was ridiculously sore in my legs and I just sat on the couch all day with ice hoping that would help, well it didn't, it made it worse! I went to practice and worked it out and felt MUCH better! Bottom line of the story is work it out and keep moving and stretching! Hope I helped!

=) thanks!! That helped a lot. I was gna ditch class 2day 2heal =) but now i went & i feel tons better!
