I'm 13 years old, almost 14. I weigh about 105 but I kind of want to lose weight. I am very lazy. I'm not really skinny but I'm not really fat. I feel like I need to do this and I want to. I eat alot! Thats one problem with me. I usually sit on the computer all day which is bad for me and I know that. I'm just very lazy. try buying a wii
it may sound like its just a video game
but there is wii boxing and a couple rounds of that will really get your heart going,
also there is this new wii fit
its a yoga board... ect
you should try yoga... and lift weights... the hand waights... because you should at least get strength in your arms
