I am very good at giving advice. I've been an "A" student since my first day at school in kindergarten. I am Student Body President of my school. Currently single, but TONS of guy friends. I love the color green, and last year I lost like 30 pounds. I am very good at health questions.

alright, well in like two weeks im going on a class trip to a waterpark and we're obvisouly going to wear bikinis but, well im not fat. not even chubby, but i just want my stomach toned up a little more. because most of the girls in my class are really skinny and im just nervous. because i know im not fat, but im scared people will classify me as that because im just not as "tight" as everyone else. and i know i shouldnt care what other people think, but i do. so, don't tell me that i shouldnt. :p bur ANYWAYS, i was writing to see if anyone had any exercises or diets or whatever i could do so i could tighten up my stomach and thighs a little before the trip. i was talking to my gym teacher and he said that the best way is to go for long exercise things, like running or biking, and i have been running and it's been working but, it's hard because i have knee and ankle problems and they get really sore really fast, so thats causing me pain, and im not willing to be in pain just to slim down a bit. and, just so you know. my stomachs pretty hard, but i just have that layer over the hardness that i want to get gone.
thanks. (link)

Heeeeellllo!
Ok, here is some advice for ya:
Your gym teacher was right about biking and bicycling, but walking will help also. Also, try to eat less fatty foods. Salad is good, but if you have dressing, make sure there is SOME fats in it- or you won't get any of the nutrients from the salad. Also, try not to eat too much beef. Instead of any "junky" foods, eat healthy stuff like vegetables, fruit, or even yogurt for a snack!!! Also, try leg lifts- they tone your legs and help build abs. SImply squat down a little, then lift up your leg. Repeat with the other leg. So pretty much, limit fatty foods, (Oh yeah, and limit a lot of salt), exercise, AND HAVE FUN WITH YOUR NEW BODY!
