My names Tina, and I have been through a lot of bad and good things in my life. I made a goal to exercise every day. So, I'm doing thirty minutes a day on my stationary bike every day. What muscle is this working and what is it helping physically on my body?

ALSO, I have some thigh fat I want to burn. What can I do to do that?
