Hi. I like reading, writing, giving advice. I love volunteering, but I always save a little bit of time for friends and computer and tv. I have 3 brothers and no sisters.

okay so we have this project for english. We have to do a scene from romeo and juliet. Me and my friends were going to do a balcony scene but then my friend had to go home before we could get filming, and then she got grounded so she cant work on it. and my other friend im not so sure is able to come over today and work on it. and i dont want to let them down. It is due tuesday so should i just try to work on it myself?? and how??

PS its a puppet show (link)
Well, what exactly do you have to do? Do you have to create the scenery and the puppets? Do you need to rehearse that particular scene?

If you need to create the scenery, I would go ahead and do it. Styrofoam usually works well for this kind of thing. Our entire sets for plays are made of nothing but wood and Styrofoam! I'm not kidding. Plastic vines and flowers are usually inexpensive. As for the puppets, get creative! You can use fabrics, felts, sequins. Anything that sparks your fancy. My mom helped me make a "doll" once, but you can use the same idea for a puppet.

Use a styrofoam ball for the head. Decorate the head however you wish. There are different sizes
you can use.

For the body, we used a 20 oz coke bottle, but you can use a different size if you want. You could also by a plastic cone or a Styrofoam cone to put your hand in.

We bought a doll wig, barbie arms, and fabric for the clothes. My mom also bought make-up. I don't know if you already have the puppets made or not, so these are just suggestions.

If you have to rehearse or film the scene, I would attempt it. Just leave the camera running as you film it. You can edit it later with a program like windows movie maker.

I'm really sorry if I couldn't help you. But I'm glad if I could.
