Idont care what you people say im goint to runaway idk when all i know is it will be after my sis leaves for school i cant stand my house and my families all i want are tips on how to make money and get a place to stay i dont have shelters around or anything of the sort i have some good older friends that are alduts and they may keep me for a night or two but not long enough im 14 and this isnt rebellion like some of you say it is i love my family but i cant stand it any more and i live in sesser a small town in il so i just want to know how to get out of here please

I live in a small town too. I love my family and have always wanted to leave my house...but I decided to wait...getting my driver's license almost 3 years ago was the best thing that ever happened to me. I wasn't home very often so I almost never saw my parents and when I was home I made sure that they weren't. I know that probably sounds terrible, it's just what I wanted...but even when they are home we get along more now. I tried running away once but I learned that it's not the happiness you're looking for. You'll end up with no money on the street scraping for food. It's not the kind of life you'll want to live...but hey...tough it out through high school and then when you go to college move out. That's what I'm doing this summer (moving out). I also joined some extra curricular activities at school to help keep me out longer...I made tons of friends and hardly ever saw my parents. From someone who was just like you once...I promise you will regret it.

thanks i know that if i tough it out it could get better but im never aloud to leave they dont een want me to go to church anymore i hate it and cant wait to get out of here
