What would be a good analogy for a cell membrane, a chromosome, cytoplasm, cytoskeleton, and a Golgi Apparatus (link)
|
A house.
cell membrane= all the outside walls protecting the house, and keeping all the walls together and what not.
chromosome= the family in the house because they have characteristics and stuff.
cytoplasm= all the furniture because it fills the house. cytoskeleton=the flooring I guess, because it's basically the same as the cell membrane and it's just within that.
Golgi= a mailbox because it takes in letters and has them sent out (like proteins.)
Hope I helped.
