about

While I am still young, I have had a great deal of life experience. It is from this that I give advice. I am open minded and try not to be judgemental. If I can help in any way, I will. Just ask. However, like everyone else in this world, I am not perfect. My advice may not always suit you, since my experiences are not the same as yours. If you want clarification on any answers I give, feel free to ask me. If you don't like what I said, or if I offended you, let me know. This is the best way for me to improve on my responses.

Thanks for looking at my page!

Well, I heard that soon after you have your period you are the least fertile. I was just wondering how true this statement is. If it isn't true, then when are you least fertile?

I got pregnant three days after my period.
You can get pregnant at any time in your cycle. Technically, you are most likely right in the middle of your cycle (14 days after the START of your period), but that is only if your body is 100% textbook normal. Most women are not. There is absolutely no guarantee of a time when you are least fertile. The only way to completely avoid getting pregnant (other than surgical sterilization) is to not have sex. Other than that, use protection. Get on some sort of birth control (pill, patch, shot, IUD, something along those lines) AND use condoms. With those precautions, you are pretty safe against pregnancy. Remember, also, that hormonal birth control (those I mentioned) do not protect against STDs. That is why you should always use condoms and know your partner well.
