Hey whattsupp, my names Erin, but i sign E whenever I answer a question. I'm a sophmore in high school. I used to run, but strained my back and now i'm done. I love track so if you need any help in that I'm your girl! I'm love giving advice and helping people with their problems. I've been through so much in 15 years, that I can pretty much help anyone. Sooo..
how do you get rid of a double chin.
Look im not fat, well except in my stomach area, but i know how to get rid of that and all but how do you get rid of a double chin?!?!?

Please be Discriptive and like step-by-step if you can or if that made any sense :)
Oh, and if it has to do with what i eat, please make a list like monday -fruit day
tuesday-meat day
whatever, if you know what i'm talking about, please do so.

1) EAT LESS

It is often dangerous and you can face risks of death from blood clots, infection, lidocaine can cause heart failure, etc…Also, if you do not change your eating patterns and reduce your caloric intake, your double chin will come back.

back to me =] anyway so you don't want a list that says monday is fruitday and tuesday is meatday because they you may not get the proper intakes of the other foods on those days. Just don't eat candy, fast food for a little bit. also, watch how much you are eating that will help.
