i absolutely LOVE giving advice, it has to be one of my favorite things to do. feel free to ask me anything. i will try my best, and i wont judge anyone. i know that everyone has rough times and things that they go through in their lives, as i do also. everyone is important. and i will try my best to treat you that way through my advice. if i say something that you don't agree with, then im very sorry. but remember that you are asking for advice... there isn't a right or wrong answer. it goes by opinion. and i'll try my best to make you love mine. thanks!

I am 15/f and i this year I started at a new High school. I have made a few girl friends but no one that i spend a lot of time with. I always seem to be hanging out with the guys. At lunch i sit with a table full of guys and one other girl(my best friend who also switched schools). During class when we group up to work on projects I always end up with all guys, one even being my best friends ex. Is this weird? Why do I have such a hard time making friends. I'm not trying to be vain when I say this, but I really am a likeable person. Nice, compassionate, and caring. Is something wrong with me?

You just need to put yourself out there.
Ask some girls to be your partner.
You need to SHOW people that you are a nice, compassionate, and caring person.
So just try and meet new people. Smile. Say hi. It can really make someones day.

I'm sure you will meet plenty of people if you just put an effort into saying hi, or telling someone that you like their shirt that day. People will realize how nice and caring you are when you put yourself out there and show people how nice you can be, so they will want to be better friends with you.

These things take time. Don't worry about it. Enjoy what you've got. Is being friends with guys all that bad? Guys have MUCH less drama. So that's a plus. But just stick to what you've got for now, as you are meeting new people. I'm sure you will meet plenty of friends. It just takes patience.
