could someone tell me what they did to lose weight?
I just want my stomach to be "smaller". I have a good body, I play sports, but I have the stomach that hangs over my pants when I sit. I know everyone does, but mine like, its my whole stomach, and not just like the middle. I weigh about 145 I have muscle, I just want to lose the fat I do have. If you could tell me what you did to lose weight, I would LOVE it. Oh im a girl btw.
sports:
basketball 1 1/2 hours 6 days a week.(about 3 games a week) but basketball is almost over.
eating:
normal. I drink a good amount of pop, like 3 cans a say, sometimes more. I know bad. QUESTION: If I drink lets say a can of pop a day, how much weight will I lose?
After basketball:
I mainly sit on my computer untill its time for bed.
Problems:
I dont live by any of my friends, and when I ask someone to walk/rub with me. They say yes, but when I text/call them, they don't answer, and I dont wanna go walking or anything by myself.
QUESTION:
If I walk my dog for a half hour a day, how much will that help me?(i walk up a big hill, thats a pretty good steep, but then I walk up a small hill, but its really steep)

ah i was like you, when i was 14 yrs old, i weight 130, perfect, i keep thinking myself as a fat, so i join cross-country not losing weigh, i like running, i know running a miles thing help your stom. go smaller and good and also sit up, playing basketball alot isn't enough, i play alot, volleyball, cheerleader, football, softball(i was little) so recently i havent play any of them, i weight 120, i wish i can go back to 130, that time i was depressing, stopped eatting, 2 time force myself throw up, olny 2 time, mosty time i don't eat alot, so right now I'm trying ganing my weight, so best way is run a one mile thing on football track thing everyday it help, or dance thing, i keep soo skinny becase I'm part irish( i heard it keep them skiiny) idk ha yea eat regualr food, healith and run 1-1 half mile or 2, hope it help, sso i will said go for RUN, i will go with you for run thing, i would support you, not your friend who won't, yea i love walking, run, oh another thing i did walk dogs before, they seem don't help, but if u take them to park playing around running around stuff like that, MAYBE it help i don't know, i olny walk, sometime i running around playing with them....yea hope it help :-/ ohh yea another thing try swim, last spring i join swim team, it good, make me strong, i don't know about stomach, ha but it help make it strong and skinny, i remeber it so skinny and strong and your arm and bottom, it help, yeaa swimming is good too, try that one.....and again hope it help ha.
