i can be really wet yet my nipples arent hard! can someone please tell me why and if this is normal. and how to get them hard?? thanks! :)

All women are different. Your nipples are probably not an erogenous zone, which you can't help.

However, it could be that you simply have flat or inverted nipples. When you get cold, do your nipples become erect? If not, then you probably have flat nipples, which is common in teenagers and nothing to worry about.
