Hey hun, I am honored you came to me for advice, but i don't think there is any other way to reduce your breast size. If you are suffering with back problems due to their size, then maybe you should consider surgery. If it is just your self- esteem, then it would be best to accept your breasts for how they are and know that if someone can't look past the size of your breasts, they never saw the real you or even gave you a chance to get to know you; therefore weren't worth your time in the first place. For weight loss in other areas however, what i do that works wonders is drink nothing but water. I have been drinking only water for 2 years (with the exception of a few special occasions where no other beverages were available). It keeps unwanted weight away. When i first started doing it, I saw results instantly. I have always been thin, but i have a large appetite so occasionally i gain 5 pounds and am not comfortable with it. When that happens, I just increase my water intake. The good thing is drinking only water has never let me gain more than 5 pounds. As for foods, try only eating junk food when you have your period. Make sure you have the needed amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Eat those certain foods that make you gain a lot of weight sparingly. Try to walk daily even if its a short distance or run if you would like. Situps/crunches will help tone your stomach. Leg lifts, squats and lifting weights on machines at a gym will help tone your legs and keep them in shape. As for love handles, I haven't found anything to reduce the size or change the shape of mine. Eating healthily and exercising might give you results in that area. If not, at least your special someone has something to hold onto instead of bones. That always comforts me knowing my boyfriend appreciates my body. If you're not in a relationship and feel that no one appreciates your body, your first step would be to appreciate it yourself. You can always get in shape if you make the effort. The person you are on the inside outshines the person you are on the outside if you look past it and allow others to. I really hope I helped. Good luck and if you need anything else im here.

My advice is based on my experiences, my morals, my values and what I would do if I were the advice seeker. I always put myself in your shoes and look at all sides of the story. I love updates, so please inbox me to let me know how everything turned out because I worry about you! Some lessons I hope to teach all include: *Always stand up for what you believe in *Never give up *Fight for those who would fight for you *Don't hold back your feelings because you're afraid of getting hurt; you wind up getting hurt anyway *Don't follow your dreams- chase them *Appreciate the things you have *Always put others before yourself *It's always ok to feel, but it's not always ok how you react to those feelings *Learn from yesterday live for today and hope for tomorrow
